Development Just Around the Corner

Flagship Homes annexation

The 590.06 Acres just North of East 21st South, East of South 52nd East, South of 1st street, West of Foothill Road are being annexed into Ammon. The developers are asking for 3,142 living units with 8 acres of commercial. With no official name the City is referring to it as the Flagship Homes annexation- we have nicknamed it the 3,142 village. 


The Planning and Zoning Commission has not recommended either to approve or deny. The public hearing is still open and has been continued until May 4, 2022. This annexation request has not been presented to the City Council.
