Illnesses in the body show through signs and symptoms such as sneezing or a stomach. When Ammon's Community is not healthy it too shows signs and symptoms.
Ammon Idaho's Overwhelmed Infrastructures
- Extreme change in utility services costs
- Insolvable overcrowded school system
- Dangerous traffic congestion
- Not being sensitive to drought conditions
- Ignoring vital Information about Ammon's development
City of Ammon Leadership discrimination against homeowners by catering to developers needs first.
- City leadership postponing or may even waive required ordinances for developers with rezoning. This feels discriminator towards Ammon's Community.
- City leadership frequently changing the Comprehensive plan and map which may increase haphazard-rapid and poor organiaztion of Ammon's Growth .
- Ordinances are changed giving them “sole and absolute discretionary right.” Without this Information about Ammon's development the impact on the community is unknown.
- City leadership may allow extreme development without developing infrastructures and service.
- City leadership may be providing incentives to developers by not charging connection fees for water, sewer or internet fiber.
- City leadership IS ignoring citizens’ concerns and approving rezoning by allowing “generally” compliance with the comprehensive plan.
What is a comprehensive plan?
Local land use Planning Act: Ammon’s leadership, aided by city employees and planning/ zoning commissioners are to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the people through Idaho’s codes 67-6501- 67-6539. These laws are called the “Local Land Use Planning Act.”
Local Land Use Planning Act is powerful. It allows the leadership to rezone, annex, and basically shape the city’s present and future development and landscape. The act requires that studies are to be completed to understand the status of the city. A comprehensive plan with ordinances are to be used to create goals and a future design for the land use. We feel Ammon's Community and Ammon's Growth is at risk.

Taxes and Budget
One method of temperature taking for a government unit is the TAXES
and the BUDGET. City Administrator, Micah Austin boost many times in
many Ammon City Council Meetings how low our city taxes are and how
small the city staff is for the size of the town. If you don’t have a fever,
can you still be sick? Yes, and the City of Ammon is very unhealthy, because Ammon's Community's interest are ignored!
Low City Taxes Does Not Mean Paying Less.
- If city taxes are low but, you pay one of the highest School levies in the state- do you pay less?
- If city taxes are low but, and your water bill raises about 58% more- do you pay less?
- If a city keeps taxes low by avoiding meaningful funding and investing in it’s infrastructures and/or services. Then congested traffic causes an accident- do you pay less?
- If a city keeps taxes low by insufficient staffing which is linked to high level of rework, mistakes, ignored duties and cover-ups- do you pay less?
